Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid plans, release fees, add-on services and other purchases made through VPSongs. By purchasing a VPSongs service, you agree to this Policy.

General Refund Rule

Payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been activated, reviewed, processed, submitted, delivered, or otherwise started by VPSongs.

A refund will be considered only in the limited situations described below or where required by applicable law.

Music Distribution Fees

Distribution fees become non-refundable once release review or processing has started, a release has been delivered to a platform, or release identifiers have been processed.

A delay, rejection, removal, or policy decision by a digital platform does not automatically create a right to a refund.

User Errors and Missing Information

No refund will be due where a service cannot be completed because the user supplied incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unusable audio, artwork, metadata, artist details, label details, documents, permissions, or other required information.

The user is responsible for checking release information before submission.

Copyright and Ownership Issues

No refund will be due where content is rejected, suspended, blocked, claimed, or removed because of copyright, ownership, licensing, sample-clearance, artwork, trademark, or other rights issues.

VPSongs may ask for proof of rights and may suspend affected services while a dispute is reviewed.

Decisions by Digital Platforms

VPSongs does not control the review systems, policies, availability, processing times, or final decisions of third-party platforms.

No refund will be due solely because a platform delays or rejects a release, removes content, changes its policies, restricts availability, changes an artist page, or does not preserve streams, playlists, links, or other platform-controlled data.

Catalog Migration

Any migration-related fee becomes non-refundable once VPSongs has started migration work or replacement delivery.

VPSongs cannot guarantee preservation of stream counts, playlists, platform links, search history, reviews, algorithmic history, or other data controlled by third-party platforms.

Takedown and Removal Requests

Any fee for a takedown, claim release, removal, or similar request becomes non-refundable once VPSongs has started processing or submitted the request to a platform or service partner.

Platform processing times are outside VPSongs direct control, and a longer-than-expected takedown does not by itself qualify for a refund.

YouTube Content ID

YouTube Content ID or rights-management fees become non-refundable once eligibility review, registration, delivery, claim administration, or other processing has started.

No refund will be due where Content ID is refused or removed because the content is ineligible, non- exclusive, disputed, insufficiently controlled by the user, or does not meet YouTube requirements.

Subscription and Annual Plans

Subscription, annual, or membership plan fees are generally non-refundable after activation or after any included feature or benefit has been used.

Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable but does not normally create a refund for the current active billing period. Unused features or release allowances do not have cash value unless VPSongs expressly states otherwise.

Custom and Manual Services

Fees for custom work, manual processing, special registrations, label setup, catalog handling, or other personalized services become non-refundable once work has started.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If the same transaction is charged more than once because of a verified payment-processing error, VPSongs will review the duplicate charge and, where confirmed, arrange an appropriate refund.

A refund may also be considered if VPSongs receives payment but cannot provide the purchased service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a cancellation request is received before VPSongs has started the purchased service, VPSongs may review the request for a refund.

Any approved refund may be reduced by non-recoverable payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, or other third-party costs where permitted by law.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Payments made under promotional offers, coupons, discounted pricing, or special campaigns are non- refundable unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

Fraud, Artificial Streaming and Policy Violations

No refund will be due if an account or service is suspended or terminated because of fraud, artificial streaming, bot activity, fake engagement, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, copyright infringement, platform manipulation, or a serious breach of the VPSongs Terms of Service.

VPSongs may also hold or adjust affected royalties where permitted by law and platform rules.

Chargebacks

Users should contact VPSongs before raising a payment chargeback. If a chargeback is raised after a service has been provided or processing has started, VPSongs may submit transaction and service records to the payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination.

How to Request a Refund

Refund or cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] and should include the account name, registered email address, order or transaction ID, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the request.

VPSongs may request additional information to verify the transaction or eligibility.

Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, VPSongs will normally return it to the original payment method where possible. Bank, payment gateway, or payment provider processing times may vary.

VPSongs is not responsible for third-party delays after an approved refund has been successfully initiated.

Review of Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed based on whether work has started, services already provided, third- party costs already incurred, platform activity, the reason for cancellation, and compliance with the VPSongs Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

VPSongs may update this Policy from time to time. The latest published version will apply to future purchases and services from its effective date.
